    I am very happy with the service, no problem bugs or spiders. Haven’t had to call them back for another service. No ants and a few spiders. Michael has been very curious and lock’s up after service (closing gates and making sure they were locked again. I didn’t ask Michael to do that. I am really happy with this company.

    Huge one star review!! I signed on with Brooks, February 2024. Things started out great. Had a couple services done with some additional sprays and we had Abigail who was great. Then we had a bug problem again so I called to see if they could come do an additional spray, the lady on the phone said that the next available appointment is almost 2 weeks out. I said we need someone out sooner because we had so many bugs, so she transferred me to someone else and we got it scheduled for two days later. Now keep in mind we’ve had plenty of services done with them. We also have a dog named Roy. (Comes into play later) We happened to be gone all day that day because they were doing some work on our driveway. We have a couple living in our ADU, and she had been home all day that day. She mentioned that Kyle, the technician was peering in windows, and walking around the house and then came to her door and was asking a lot about the dog and seeing if we could bring him inside. She said that we weren’t home and to try to talk to us. He then said oh yeah, I talked to Lukas. ( he did not.) then he couldn’t complete the service because of their pet policy. And he left. I did not get home until late that night. I noticed Roy was not in his bed, but I figured he was out and about like he sometimes is. The next morning, my wife calls and asked where’s Roy? His dog tag is left here on the porch and he’s gone. We checked his tracking caller and it had been shut off. She later found him on the Longview Humane Society’s website saying he was found a couple miles from our house. After a lot of back-and-forth on the phone with Brooks, and even talking to the technician who claims he did not take our dog, I do find it very strange that the only time he came in here and was asking about the dog and we weren’t home that he goes missing. Another thing to keep in mind is that we have an electric collar on him that keeps him on our property. So after spending money getting him out of the pound, and after this whole experience, I called them to cancel. THEY STILL CHARGED ME THE $290 FOR THE EARLY CANCELLATION FEE!! I thought at least after this whole debacle they would wave that. Oh, and by the way, they don’t mention that there’s a cancellation fee when you sign up with them. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this I felt was necessary so people, I hope this helped and you can do with this what you will:)

    My entire experience with Brooks pest control has been horrendous. Nothing that sells rep claimed has happened. In fact every time I've had to call I've been met with nothing but poor customer service and obstacles. Most of my neighbors who also signed up at the same time have ended up going with a different pest control and buying out of their contracts. The high cancellation fees and pushy customer service make it nearly impossible to get questions answered. I tried to give them one more chance and called the following day after a spray due to still having cobwebs everywhere. The person on the phone tried to explain to me how cobwebs will come up overnight. I told him that I had taken pictures of this one and it was full of dead leaves. The next day somebody came out was here for less than 10 minutes and left with the same cobwebs still intact. this business is a scam! Do not waste your money!

    My technician was Micheal he was friendly and the service was fantastic!! He gave me a call before arriving to make sure my pets were in and secure. He walked me thru the process I was very impressed with his professionalism I'm so glad I called this business ❤️

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience with Brooks Pest Control. From the first call to the service itself, everything was fast, professional, and very helpful. The technician was amazing — knowledgeable, polite, and went above and beyond to explain everything clearly. The pricing was also very fair, and I was given an excellent deal. I really appreciate their honesty and efficiency. Highly recommend Brooks Pest Control if you’re looking for reliable and friendly service! 🙏🏼

    Service is regular. Always send reminders of coming and going. The people that come out are friendly. I have had a couple issues with this agency. They had sprayed the roses which led all the aphids to move to my garden. I called them to come fix it and they came and left without doing anything including talking to me. They let me know they were on their way. I saw them outside and then I watched them walk away without so much as a word. I called the agency and asked them why did they leave without doing anything. They had to get a hold of the person who came out and couldn’t give me an answer right away. They finally let me know the employee had left because of bees and the laws to protect the bees. I didn’t see any bees and I was out there minutes after they left which I explained to the customer service rep. I lost all the veggies in my garden. I added soap and a repellent I went to find on my own which helped after a few treatments but it was too late. It happened again this summer when they came. Again the aphids moved straight to the risen garden next to the rose bush. I hadn’t planted as many plants this year due to what happened the previous. Luckily I had the product I used last time. Again this summer they came to spray and the aphids destroyed my garden again. Not sure what product they’re using. Couldn’t cancel the contract ahead of time so I’ve had to keep using their service even though I was really upset by the double destruction of my summer garden.

    I greatly appreciate this company’s willingness to complete services while we are at work. We keep our dogs inside and they take care of the rest. It’s super convenient and affordable! Cade is always respectful and attentive.

    Always do a great job and go above and beyond. They’re very helpful and super informative. We have a 2 year old and they always do what they can to accommodate that and make sure he’s still safe while they spray and they even put on shoe covers as to not track stuff into your house :)
