Ive only just had my first service with Brooks today but so far all my interactions with the company have been positive. They gave me an amazing price for service provided every 2 months with free visits in between if needed. The tech they sent out, Andrew, got here right on time and was able to answer all my questions. He was fast and efficient, even took down a small wasp nest on the side of my house. So far I’m very much pleased with the company and their service. I’ll update my review if anything changes for the worst, hoping it won’t though.

The technician Marc Rodriguez never showed. I received an email saying he'd come and serviced my property. I had been home all morning, sitting in my living room he had never showed. I was supposed to get inside and outside treatment. He never knocked, never called. I still have spider webs on my eves and sidings and there was no smell of the agents he was supposed to use because the man never came. I have been on hold with customer support for a half hour now. He isn't answering their calls. They refuse to get anybody over here. Horrible service. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with Brooke's. If they come to make a sales pitch, do yourself a favor and don't lock in on a contract.

James Cloyd was so thorough. He asked questions about how treatments had been going, confirmed what was needed today, and quickly went to work. He was very respectful with my pets. He spent a good amount of time, compared with other visits, and covered the whole property, inside and out. Afterwards, I received an email with clear directions for any precautions and care.

Aaron did an excellent job. He was very thorough and detailed in where he was doing the pest control. All the techs from Brooks have been excellent. I do hope he is recognized for his excellent customer service skills which were awesome! Way to GO Aaron. We appreciate you 👍

Oui, oui, WALK WITH ME! 2 days ago my home became terrorized by a pest of rodent nature. My guy, Michael, came in confident and ready to handle business. And business was indeed handled. He captured Jerry and served him an immediate eviction in less than 24 of these things here we call hours on Earth. I hope his pillow is always the perfect temperature. I hope his belly is forever full. The inspiration he is... truly sounding. His merit knows no bounds. So ferocious it has led me to pen an open letter( video performance on TikTok: @taaahjaaay and IG: @taaah_jaaay😗) to the rise and fall of Jerry the mouse. Blessed be this man, his name and his legacy. Oh and Brooks is coo too like you know, as a whole company.

Tyler Lee was amazing! He arrived on time and was incredibly friendly, professional, and even brought some humor that made the whole experience more pleasant. He worked quickly but was very thorough, explaining every step of the process so we knew exactly what was being done. Before he left, he made sure we were completely comfortable with everything. His knowledge and customer service were top-tier. Highly recommend Tyler for anyone needing pest control!

Eric was very nice and very thorough. I did come across an instant about the time for me to allow treatment to dry before allowing people /animals to come back into the house. The email from the office confirming my appointment said one hour. Eric told me two hours today. Thankfully it was a nice cloudy day and I could allow for that. Maybe get clearer messages for all techs to give the same after care treatment. Otherwise very thorough and on time.

Overall great service and value once you negotiate the price down some. After negotiating I pay $60 per visit every 3 months split over 3 months, so $20 a month. Every technician I've gotten has done a good job and throughly treated the house and when they miss something they'll come back and treat it with no additional cost. They're customer service is easy to deal with as well. My most recent technicians Travis and Scott did great.

I was out of town when service commenced, but, I had asked specifically that the front porch be dewebbed.. it was not. My front door still has webs on it. These are things that I wanted to cancel service for before. Please come back and complete this process

I ask that the people who are thinking about having this company please read the reviews. when they came to our house suggesting that the neighbors like them and they were satisfied with their service, I decided to give them a try what they promised was guaranteed service to get rid of the spiders, ants, and other insects on the property supposedly was written they said it was 12 months. They put 18 the person that we thought we were talking to said they were the the supervisor and we will be so happy with their service. After talking to my neighbor, one day I said, we are unhappy with Brooks and she said we are too and I said They used you as a reference you loved their service. They did not recommend them. summarize we have one month left a this contract. you can see I came out to another spider. I have tried multiple times to come out to service the property and get rid of the bugs and spiderwebs. Nothing still so many of them. They do return and do nothing. Except walk around and spray something that does nothing. When I do try to address the several negative comments how unhappy they are with your service, he stated you can't please everyone You signed a contract for 18 months and we are holding you to it.
