Kenny was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The cost was very reasonable as we were seeing spiders everywhere in our house. He sprayed both the inside and outside. We’ve had Brown’s do our pest control since moving to Ohio in 2013. We lived in Brookville for seven years and felt that Carl was “family” as we had him do the spraying for all those years. We also were blessed with CJ coming out. Now that we moved to Centerville, we’re sure Kenny will take good care of us as in the past.

Josh lets me know the day before when he will arrive and then calls shortly before hand. Great at explaining what he is finding and why changes to stations are needed. He is personable and outgoing.
