Manson was very helpful on a on call situation where I was panicking about thousands of maggots crawling in my kitchen. I live in an apt that makes me use another company. However Manson calmed me down and assured me that I was okay and explained what they were and how i could manage the situation. He told me to follow up with the following day. We had a hornet nest on our front porch, and he did a fantastic job taking care of it. The owner came out quickly, was professional and friendly, and explained the process clearly. The treatment was effective, and the hornets were gone soon after. I really appreciated the care they took, especially since we have young kids. Highly recommend!

We had them out a few years ago to treat for potential bedbugs, and they did so, while being very reassuring of our concerns. Thankfully it was not an issue! Had some concerns again today, so I gave them a call; the owner answered his phone immediately, took time to listen to my concerns, and in the end recommended we hold off on treatment. We had a pretty bad experience with bed bugs 20 years ago so when we got bed bugs again a couple months ago we knew right away to call a professional. The tech was knowledgeable and very kind. I cannot sing enough praise about buckeye bug services! I found a bug late Monday night my anxiety was so high I couldn’t sleep I spent all night scouring google for someone to treat my home. I went through countless reviews and decided they were who I was going with. I called first thing Tuesday morning at 7:30 and got a call back by 7:35. They were knowledgeable and professional he had me send a photo and confirmed it was in fact a bed bug. I live 2hrs from the Columbus area he said he could be there and treat my house the same day. He arrived by 10:30 inspected it and informed me there was no sign of infestation most likely an isolated event that was caught immediately. Treated 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. It took him about an hr to do. He said if I see anymore in 30 days he will come back and treat again with no cost to me. He also provided a 6month warranty should I need services again, however after I’m sure I won’t be needing that! I highly recommend if you want fast reliable and guaranteed warranty back service you call them! I know I will if I ever have any more problems.
