Steve was great! He's very nice and is very thorough. This is the third time we've used Budget Brothers Termite and Pest. I will continue to use them in the future. Their pricing is great and they do an excellent job. All the people I have dealt with have been great. I highly recommend them to anyone needing service!

Tammy was right on time & I remembered her friendly face & demeanor from last year. She immediately got to work not wasting time, thoroughly inspected my property. Tammy then personally reported her findings to me, as well as emailing me a written report of her inspection for my records which I much appreciate.

Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve spent over 8 hours on hold in the past two days, repeatedly promised a required report that never arrived. Instead, I was only sent invoices, which forced me back into the same long hold process again and again. This failure directly delayed the sale of my client’s home after they were charged for a service that was never delivered. Communication is nearly impossible, with long hold times, transfers, and broken promises. Please reach out to resolve this issue. If it’s corrected promptly, I’m more than willing to update this review.

Spencer was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and showed me what I was dealing with. He was very thorough with his work and I was happy with his service.

Shea came and did a home inspection for us. He was very knowledgeable and thorough- literally a “Jack of all trades” (he’s done it all)! He answered my questions and explained what he was doing along the way. He had a good referral basis for things we needed to get fixed. Highly recommend for your home inspection needs!
