I called 4 other businesses (small business and BIG name companies), they either didn’t answer or price way too high, or offered more services than what I was asking for. I called Bug A Bug and was greeted by Brittany with enthusiasm and outstanding customer service. She was able to schedule a service to my home in a very short time. The 2 techs that came, James and Alex, were very thorough in explaining why and what the game plan was and making sure our bug problem was eliminated. My recommendation is to not use any other company than Bug A Bug, these guys get the job done.

James Lopez from bug a bug came and did a fantastic job. He hit every corner, the attic, the roof. Reasonable pricing and great personality. Will definitely refer him to anyone in need of bug extermination.

After 2 or 3 years of paying them for my business and my house, i had an issue with mud daubers at my house. Since the beginning they said they would always do everything needed and so forth and so on. Today they wanted to charge extra. Their supervisor is arrogant and has no customer service skills. Not recommended

I have been a customer for several years and am thrilled with the service I am getting. Once some bugs returned after treatment and James came out and solved the problem at no charge.
