When the previous company I used doubled their price I looked around and finally found Bug Bully Pest Control and I couldn’t be happier! I worked directly with Sam from beginning to end and he was an incredible technician! Request him by name. He came to the house at the appointed time and then took his time getting to know the house and where the problems were. He then took his time spraying the house both inside and out. After going through hoops to get in touch with another highly rated service provider, I reached out to Bug Bully who had a much simpler and easier to navigate website. He promptly returned my call and I explained my issue with an ant invasion (post-flood) in my apartment. I explained they were coming in through the pipes in the wall. He was honest about the challenges of getting one apartment serviced instead of the whole building at once and recommended another service provider he trusts who specializes in apartments. Definitely ethical, honest, and knows his stuff!! The first provider that i messaged back and forth with all weekend didn’t even mention the challenges of having an apartment at all, which tells me they were only after a quick buck. Bug Bully actually cares to make sure you have the best service possible for your situation, even if it’s not them. So I definitely would recommend and trust them with so many businesses lacking ethics these days.

Sam is the MAN. Had a wild oriental roach problem and he came out immediately to inspect and take care of the issue. He came back 2 weeks later to follow-up and sprayed a bit more. He is very attentive, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile. I've had pest control companies come over before and spray for about 5 seconds around the perimeter, then hop in their truck and leave. Sam spent over an hour spraying every nook and cranny and I can't thank him enough! If you are looking for a pest control company that will take care of you 110%, look no further!

I’ve had Sam come the last two years to help us with our wasp issue we get in the Summer and the spiders. This year I had him come early in the Summer and it led to NO spider issues in the basement and a lot less wasps. He even came 2 weeks later when I felt like we may still have an issue free of nerve. We’ve always had a good experience using bug bully; they’re prompt, professional, friendly and thorough. The first time he had to come back and re-spray our entire backyard area to take care of the problem because our ants were so bad but he had no issue doing that and did not charge us for the extra spray. We have not had any serious issues with bugs since starting to use bug bully and with their help we’re able to keep our bug issues under control.
