Levi was my technician on 7-26-25. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and prompt. He was willing to take time to explain the process and answer any question. The initial fee seemed to match the standard for the area.

Unfortunately I am not a happy customer. I have been getting the "One Time Service" of Rodent Toss Packs once a year in my crawlspace to prevent mice from getting into my home as I live in a heavily wooded area. This has always cost $125. I recently requested the treatment and when the technician arrived he asked if I knew the price had increased. I absolutely did not know - when I requested the appointment no mention was made of a price increase. The technician told me it would now cost $225 - Wow! A huge increase and one a senior citizen such as myself living on social security cannot afford. I have no problem at all with Jake, the technician. He is very pleasant and professional and has always done a good job. However I find the price increase to be very greedy on the company's part, and now I will have to seek out another company for my pest control needs.

Jake is friendly, professional, and did a great job! We recently moved into a new build home and is often the case due to the excavation, we had some bug issues. Ants, centipedes, etc. One treatment and no more issues. They also take care of all of the spider webs around the outside of the house. Definitely recommend them!

This was an amazing experience! I am a Realtor and sold a home that had water trickle into the basement on the day of walkthrough before closing. My call was answered immediately and the technician was there in less than 2 hours. They provided a very reasonable quote to fix the problem. My seller was happy and the work was scheduled just days after closing. Carter was there when he said he would be and kept me updated, which pleased the new buyer as well. Very satisfied! I had a unique situation where house flies came out of my dryer vent and lint trap. Michael sprayed EVERYWHERE, and after a couple days, less and less flies appeared. Cleaning out my dryer vent this week and hopefully my fly situation will be completely solved.

Drove to Lynchburg in the late afternoon to take care of my yellow jackets. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and personable, got to work straight away. Job done professionally. Now if they could get rid of debt collectors. 🤪

Caleb serviced my Grandmother’s house recently. I reached out to him Friday- and he was out the next day, being a Saturday. This meant the world to my grandma, next day service & taking the time to introduce himself. Highly recommend them!!! We love local businesses but also personable employees of the company!
