I have been using this company for years and must say I have had good experience with customer service on the phone, scheduling and technicians. I am a very satisfied customer and would like the supervisor Bob to know. There was only one time where I needed to speak with the supervisor and he called me immediately and was very apologetic. Most recently, we had a technician who was so thorough, friendly and so knowledgeable. I have requested this technician again and will continue to do so. Alex the technician is so thorough. I had several questions and concerns and he answered as well as gave detailed information.

I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge Gerrod (I hope I’m spelling his name right!) he is truly God-sent. Always on time, always professional, and consistently delivers excellent service. He knows exactly what he’s doing and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Very informative and reliable. Definitely 5 stars across the board!
