The customer service when making the appointment was great. The respond quickly, if they needed to confirm and get back to me they did. They shared pictures of the persons who will be servicing your property in advance. I loved that safety feature. The applicators were on-time for the appointment, called ahead to communicate they were on the way, and were very thorough and patient with me throughout the application.
