My mobile home community has been using bug out since the first of this year. We have seen a huge difference in pests, they are prompt, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with!

This is my 4th bug service in two years. This service started shaky then got worse. I have paid 4 times and received 2 services for a monthly service plan. Now, three times in a row they have cancelled on me without letting me know.

We originally reached out for an issue with mice in our garage. We were pressured into signing up for way more services and told that if we didn’t sign up for everything right then, it would be more expensive in the future. Big mistake but we trusted them. Paid a ton up front and a few monthly charges. Only saw a technician here maybe twice at most that we can recall. We were paying auto draft from our account. Next thing we know we’re getting calls from a collection company. We have since found a way better company and have been very pleased with their services. Figured we were done with Bug out but then get a call that they are coming to perform a termite inspection. When they came my husband told them we were no longer interested in this company. They came back the next day to remove the equipment from the ground but left holes in the ground behind. We have 3 young children who play outside often in our yard and now we have to repair the holes. They didn’t even put the dirt back over. Just wanted to share with anyone considering this company that there are way better options and much better customer service elsewhere.

I had a five star experience with this company! They are competent, knowledgeable and professional. If I had any questions, I could call Levi knowing I would get prompt excellent customer service!

Our technician, James, was a very pleasant person to deal with and a top tier human being. However, bug out as an organization is the lowest of the low. They advised me that my pest issue was not bad at all, and they performed a sub par mediocre treatment charging me $2,000. I paid them $2,000 to come over and spray a couple drops in 2 bedrooms then leave… I could’ve done that myself for $100 at Walmart and 20 minutes of my time. The “free follow up visit” was rescheduled 2-3 times and took a very long time. We saw the issue getting worse after they visited to “treat”. They said it wasn’t, and it was. Me, my wife and kids, have been living with our wardrobes out of garbage bags and sharing air mattresses downstairs for 2 months. I got a real company involved and paid them to do it the right way, and they did! I got value, transparency, and evidence of everything along the way. If you call in, you will be told a manager will reach back out in 24-48 hours, and it’ll never happen. My life has been hectic ever since, and they couldn’t care less. Nobody wants to deal with the issue. I’ve contacted the man who came out originally to quote it, their office, their “managers”, I get ran around and re directed. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!! If you use bug out, have a great relationship with your bank and attorney on speed dial. The only reason 1 star was selected is because that’s the minimum required.
