I just started using Bug Shark and have been so completely satisfied with their insect service. The tech cleaned around our windows and doors for cob webs and did our first application to protect against bugs. The price was extremely reasonable and the company has been so friendly and helpful. So far, very impressed!!!!!

Ajvaire Was very knowledgeable & professional. We had multiple people at our place doing maintenance work but he was quick with the inside work & went outside to complete with no issues. Gave me tons of information, was even kind to my dog who has had a rough transition since we recently moved. Great young man to represent the company. Would recommend!

So far so good. Jacob was a good representative of your company, explaining what the process is. And then listening to my concerns. The young man who came this afternoon, Justin, I think was his name, was wonderful. He also listened to my concerns, gave me advice and very reassuring of your company. My main issue at this time is the sugar ants. I have confidence in his word and your company right now.

UPDATE: I spoke with Allie today who was extremely helpful and professional. We discussed issues and misunderstandings from both sides and were able to resolve. I’m really appreciative of the customer service I received today! Thank you again, Allie! I’ve used them for a few months now. Unfortunately, I wasn’t seeing a noticeable difference (anything more than what a store bought treatment would do) with the ants and mosquitoes that I paid a service for and had called them to come back and spray additional treatments due to this, which they did do but ultimately, I decided to cancel the service. It should be noted that upon signing for the spray service, which the sales person didn’t make clear it was a contract until I asked that specific question.. he informed me that if I needed to or wanted to cancel at any point it would just be the $100 discount he offered up day of that would be owed (he was trying to secure another house so lessened it from $150 to $100 as “such a great deal”) .. I called to cancel and spoke to a woman who was pretty rude insisting it’s $400 to cancel after I shared with her what I was told it would be. Big difference between the $100 their staff member informed me it would be. I played phone tag with them to discuss the discrepancy with a manager but instead of a phone conversation I got a text saying click this link to pay your $400 balance owed. Please train your staff better on what’s correct regarding terms and cancellation to avoid conflicting information and frustration. This isn’t the first review saying this.

Scam…. When I made the appointment representative promised that it would be 1 and 1/2 hour appointment treating each and every corner in the house but that did not happen. Worst service. Not to mention they follow bad business practices, they are changing 200$ for cancellation of the service.

I have had exceptional service from Bug shark exterminating. Very satisfied with their work. The technician is extremely helpful and asks us to contact them with any pest control problems and they will be right out. I highly recommend this company.
