We needed to have two post and beam barns and a wood storage shed treated for powder post beetles. This company has great reviews and did not disappoint. When I called for a quote, his office manager, Karen, was friendly and efficient and had Brent, the owner, speak with me directly. He asked for details of our infestation, answered all of my questions and explained the entire process and chemical he would use before providing a quote that was much more reasonable than others I'd received. The communication from his office was timely and the appointment was made quickly. Karen also called in advance to make sure the appointment time was still convenient. Brent arrived on time to do the treatment himself and it appears to have been done very thoroughly. He even eliminated a yellow jacket nest that I didn't know was in one of the structures. I would highly recommend Bug-U.

Back from vacation and house was infested with bees. Called Friday morning. Service technician treated by early afternoon noon. Found an entry hole in roof eve. Killed a nest inside the wall. Plugged hole and put up sticky board. Infestation dropped quickly. Great experience.

The technician, James, explained what he was doing and did a very thorough treatment for carpenter ants and bees. Also he setup bait stations for the mice issue I was having. Excellent work! I highly recommend.
