I would not do service again with the company, I am not sure if it's a miscommunication between the technician and the office but when I first signed on I was told things would happen that wasn't and it seems like no one is on the same page. 1. I was told that carpenter bees would be treated under the deck when I first called to do the membership service, when the technician arrived he said that he can't do it under the deck because it's too small and he doesn't have tools, when I called the office later on to cancel and mentioned that being a reason why they said that they do have tools and looking at my house photos that they should have been able to get under there. I asked if they can spray under it since I've paid for the month already and they said they won't unless I continue the service. 2. The technician was supposed to go into the crawl space and attic and spray, but did not for any visit, I had someone recently go into the crawl space and they stated no one's been under there in a very long time. (It also made a loud noise when the door opened that I never heard with the technician, meaning he didn't open the door or go in there) 3. It was supposed to be where I was charged every other month, I paid for my initial fee which was almost 300 in May which covered may and June, then the next fee in July which was almost 200 to cover July and August, but they charged me again for August even though I already paid.. when I called to get that portion refunded due to already paying and to cancel the service in generl due to it being so expensive and not worth it to us, it took 3 calls and over 40 minutes before they would refund me and cancel. 4. I had an appointment still before the month ended for August to spray again and one person kept saying that they could do the appointment still since August was covered, but another person was trying to refuse to do it and cancel the appointment even though I already paid for August unless I continued the membership, after arguing I was able to continue the appointment. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because everyone was very nice, but its super disorganized and expensive for the service I received

Bug Zero came out to our home today for the first service and we could not be more impressed. Prompt. Polite. Thorough. Trevor was willing to explain everything he was doing and why as well as answer any questions we had. They spent a good amount of time here going over every nook and cranny ensuring not to miss anything. Highly recommend Bug Zero!

Joshua did a great job. I had wasps coming into a basement room. He treated the stove pipe, sprayed the house inside and out, was extremely personable and knowledgeable! Great servise. I recommend!

Bug zero had immediate communication, friendly response, and knowledge staff. We had an influx of pesky creatures (spiders, centipedes, and my hard line roaches) after taking a year break from pest control service we employed the entire time we owned our home after building it. This service is stellar -both in quality and price. PS We found BZ through chat gbt and categorizing all our city has to offer. They truly are the best.

I have monthly service. I couldn't be happier. Everyone is so nice. I had brown recluse spiders and they set traps and gave me extra ones to set out, including spraying indoors, in the attic, garage and crawl space. They advise me who and when they are coming. I am more than satisfied.

Bug zero has been most responsive to our pest concerns. If necessary, they have returned within a few days to address some persistent issues related to seasonal pests. This year has been an amazing one for stink bugs, and after persistence on the part of BZero have come up with a practical solution. I wanted to share a positive experience that I had with Bug Zero and one of their technicians Mr Hoover. The service they were providing was doing the home interior and exterior to get ready for winter. This meant looking for traces of rodents as well as spraying for brown recluses and placing out poison if needed. He not only did a thorough job but informed me on things I could be doing to help with my house and outside. He took the time to explain to me what he was seeing so we could take corrective actions. I feel I received a great value for what I was paying.

Trevor R treated our home and I've never seen such a thorough process. The price compares to other exterminators but the treatment is much more in depth. Very happy with bug zero. Just wish I had used them before the last company we tried.
