Mike came to our house to spray for bugs today. When I greeted him, he was so pleasant and kind, and told me particulars about the bug spray he was going to do. I was grateful for that, because he told me that my windows may have some residue because of the spray. Mike was very easy to talk. You have a great representative of your company with Mike.

While we've had good experiences with Bug Buster in the past, a recent visit was very disappointing. Our technician addressed a yellow jacket hive that my wife specifically asked him to leave alone, as he was there for a rodent issue. The technician sprayed the hive anyway which resulted in the hive becoming extremely aggressive, and our 9-year-old son, my wife, and three guests were stung in the days that followed. We then had to request a full remediation for a problem that didn't exist until the technician ignored our instructions. We were ultimately invoiced for a service we never wanted and which put our family at risk. I disputed the invoice multiple times and Bug Buster never replied to my emails. Very disappointing and I will not be using their services again.

If there's something strange buzzin in your walls, who you going to call? Bug Busters! I had these guys handle two yellow jacket nests at two separate properties. The first property nest was in the attic above the garage. They cut out the nest and hauled it away which was really relieving. The second nest was in the bathroom outside exhaust vent and they sprayed it down really good. A lot safer than do-it-yourself options that generally don't work. This company is fully licensed in Ohio, has workers comp insurance, and guarantees their work for 90 days. Thanks Bug Busters!
