The technician came out for no charge because I thought I had termites. I told them I saw large ant looking things. I thought I had termites for sure but the technician checked it out and assured me that it's not termites. It's just swarmers that probably came in during my dinner party. He said don't worry about it and sure enough it was no issue. This company could have easily charged me for multiple things but instead they were honest. Charged me zero! And assured me that my structure is ok. Love it, recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company with ethics and integrity.

We had an issue and Casey came out the same day and was so great. He did a whole home inspection inside and out and did a very thorough job examining the property. He was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend BugCo and especially Casey. Thanks!

Casey from Bugco is absolutely amazing, very professional and educates you on the issue and the proposed solution. This company is knowledgeable and helped me with my issues with ghost ants and squirrels in my attic. I am pleased with their service and will keep using them for my pest control service. I used them for my quarterly pest control as well.

We had BUGCO come out as we had noticed some rodent activity around the house and in the attic. They sent out Forrest who explained that he would first check around for the activity, then give us some options and send us a quote. This was all done very quickly (a couple of days) and then we were able to schedule for them to come back out and complete the recommended fixes. Fortunately they sent Forrest back out who was familiar with the house and issues and able to quickly take care of the issues. He was on time, polite and professional. The process was a lot easier that we thought and we are very happy with BUGCO and Forrest.
