Mike came by and did a full inspection of my house, inside and outside, for rodents. He found where they are coming in and he set traps inside and outside. Mike is super friendly and very knowledgeable! I appreciate his time spent and work ethic!

Great service, very helpful technician Mike always explains the do’s and don’ts to keep critters out. I always end the appt feeling relief bc all my questions and concerns are answered. Coming from someone who lives in the country with all kind of wildlife & bugs roaming our 2 acres, it definitely gives me peace of mind to know my home is protected & if I have any issues, Mike will come out and fix it in a pinch. From the beginning of our initial contact with Bugpro we have been very pleased with the excellent quality of service. We also greatly appreciate the friendliness of the staff. We opted to have a new termite inground proactive treatment along with bi-annual inspections. Also done is the yard pest treatment. Finally, they have been thorough in addressing the mole cricket problem that is rampant in our town.

So far, so good. Technician Mr. Mike just left from our 2nd monthly treatment of 4 scheduled at a rental residence. There was an infestation. I estimate a 75% drop in traffic or better after the first visit last month. Today was the 2nd treatment. Mike was very kind, informative, and professional. I feel he did a thorough job. I am very encouraged and happy with the results so far. Highly recommend Bug Pro. Update. 9-8-25 Technician Chris just left from another treatment. We are happy with the progress that is being made. Thank you bug pro. 10-14-25 update. Technician Chris just left. Really nice guy. Another treatment today. Pest control gets better every treatment. I am very happy with the results. Update 11-12-25 Tech. Mike just left. He said he is happy with the results and that we could go quarterly treatments. Definitely a huge improvement.
