I truly don’t know why companies are still using obnoxious, pushy, door to door sales tactics in 2024. I had to tell the kid that came to our door at least 3 times that we already had a pest control service and that we weren’t interested. He wanted to know the name of my family members pest control company and even after that, continued to think he was going to try and sell me on this nonsense. Train these guys to take a hint because I’m not going to buy anything from someone that doesn’t have enough respect or sense to listen to someone telling them NO. I should not have to shut the door on someone who just won’t stop. It’s desperate and that’s not anyone I would want to give a penny to. I went to post a review and realized I thought I had posted one before about almost the same experience I had today. I had to post it for another location because they didn’t have an option for this one. Obviously this is a consistent issue your company continues to have because not only does this echo many other reviews throughout all of your locations, this is something I’ve dealt with more than I’d like to from this company. My family member owns a successful pest control company in the area, and my late husband did pest control, mold remediation, termite inspections and treatments, etc. with a company that not only paid them a base salary, they also received a large percentage of the jobs they sold. They would not have had the time to go to people’s doors and try to beg them into signing a contract. So I’m not ignorant about what pest control costs or the perception of value vs. what you’re trying to tell me I need and how it’s “competitive” pricing. I would also get the point across that any questions relating to who I choose to use for my services, who the home owner is, etc. is none of their business. Why would it matter if they knew who did my pest control? There’s no way he could beat the deal we get with a relative and I knew he was going to try because he seemed that desperate. I also just can’t take someone seriously riding down my driveway on a scooter, it’s so absurd. You can’t come off that desperate and then ride off on some that looks cross between a Segway and roomba. The aggressive sales techniques remind me of Kirby vacuums or cutco knives. It’s pretty standard now that most people associate scammy sales people with solar energy, pest control, roofing, etc. I’m hoping I scared the kid away, because just like my children… I should not have to tell you no more than once, even my 3 year old understands that. I can’t imagine your staff that manages sales performance is that dense and lacking that much awareness…. But I mean you guys are riding around on scooters so… yeah.

Been using for over 10 years. The only person I use for all of my properties. Professional, knowledgeable and Never fails to get rid of pests and rodents
