The service I received from Bugs A to Z Bugs Pest Services inc. was truly exceptional. I was desperate and made a call, and Joe answered right away. He was extremely helpful and immediately connected me with one of his employees, Oscar. Within minutes, Oscar called me, explained the situation clearly, and told me exactly what to expect. Even though he was on another job, he promised to be at my house within an hour and he was. Due to California laws, Oscar couldn’t perform the exact service I wanted, but that didn’t stop him from going above and beyond. He was confident, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough in his explanation. What an amazing human being and professional! I haven’t been this impressed with customer service in a long time. Kudos to Joe for running such a top-notch company, and big kudos to Oscar for being such an excellent worker. Without a doubt, when I need a termite inspection or any pest control service, Bugs A to Z Pest Services inc. will be the very first call I make.

Their quarterly treatments have kept our home free of ants, bugs, and even helped with rats in the backyard recently. I am beyond frustrated with this company. When I first called to inquire about their services, I was told one thing on the phone, but when the worker actually showed up, he was completely clueless and saying something totally different. Already a huge red flag. After the treatment they did, I saw absolutely zero results. Nothing changed. I called back to let them know I wasn’t interested in any more treatments because it clearly wasn’t working. That should have been the end of it. Instead, they keep leaving me voicemails about “pending treatments” and even “balances due.” Balances for what? I paid for the one useless treatment I got, and I never scheduled or received anything further. This business is disorganized, misleading, and unprofessional. Save your money and go elsewhere, because you’ll get nothing but frustration here.

We had several yellow jacket nest high up in the eaves of our apartment building. We called bugs A-to-Z and they came by the same day and took care of the yellow jackets. Great service, friendly company highly recommended.
