Can't remember when I had a different company servicing our home. Rich or one of his capable staff have sprayed our home for nearly 20 years. Always on time and pleasant. We live on the edge of BLM desert land, yet Bugworks has kept the critters away from us. I never worry. Great customer service and reasonable price. I would recommend them anytime.

We have worked with BugWorks for 24 years. The owner Rich is a wonderful, professional, and caring person. If I ever needed him for any additional service he was right there. His product is very successful that he only has to come once every quarter. He doesn't even have to come inside. His communication with his clients is amazing. The service is dependable and keeps appointments to treat as agreed. Treatment has been thorough and with no pest problems afterwards. Recently, last 2-4 weeks have experienced cockroaches in home randomly. Pests appear to be lethargic and in most cases already dead. Requested a second home treatment within 2 weeks of regularly scheduled treatment. Company complied without charge and without reservation. Technician took extra time to educate/inform me of other homes in area with same issue which is due in large part to extreme weather conditions. I am extremely pleased with the quality of service from the company and with the competency, care, and affability of my technician.

I was so grateful because he was doing my neighbor’s yard, and I asked him if he could do ours, and he was so gracious and said yes. And then we had the craziest flood of cockroaches coming out of our sewer. I was so glad he was there cause they would’ve ended up in the house. I couldn’t believe how many were hiding out in our source

I have used Bugworks for many years and I have never been disappointed. They show up when they say they will. And most of all we have a pool and spa and we have never seen a live roach anywhere or had ants in my house since we started using them. My parents used them when they were alive and now my son and his wife use them!
