Michael Wallace with Bulwark did a fantastic job treating the exterior of our home today! I appreciate the clear and timely communication from Bulwark and their staff. We know when they are going to visit, are on their way, and what was completed during the visit. Keep up the great work Michael!

We have had a great experience with Bulwark. They are responsive to my needs when I call them. Jose Perdomo is the best even coming in early on a Saturday before his schedule to help us with wasps on our back patio.

David W. with Bulwark has been taking care of our house for a while and Bulwark has been our pest control of choice for the last several years and they have always been fast to respond, easy to work with, and the few times we have seen bugs inside the house, which is usually ants after a heavy rain, they are quick to come out and take care of the situation. I had an issue with some wasp nests and was going to have him take care of it on our normal visit and I missed him ringing the doorbell so I didn’t get to tell him about it. I called and David was able to come back out and take care of it the same day. I always recommend Bulwark to my neighbors and family because they are great to work with and very good at keeping pests out of the house.

I love Bulwark, their services and their people!! I’ve been with them for about 7-8 months now. So glad my friend gave me their info! They are so much better than a popular big box company I was using before (and wasn’t satisfied). In my previous home in another state I had a small family owned company for pest services and they were great, so I knew I needed another. I had a great feeling about Bulwark from day one of my initial service. Clinton was so friendly and personable, and very thorough. He answered all my questions and enlightened me on the treatment techniques for inside and outside and checked with me to ensure we got all necessary sockets in the home. Every technician to follow has been great as well. However, my most recent technician was another standout like Clinton. Alejandro was superb. I wasn’t even home when he started treatment, but when I arrived, I noticed he got all of the spider webs (even the ones you had to really look for…in the corners of the garage door, beside small decor on the porch) and even applied special attention to my shrubs where many webs had formed. You could tell he took pride in his work. He was very polite and also educated me as well. Bulwark is always great with checking to make sure they have addressed any concerns you may have had before leaving. I’m pleased with them…so far so good!!

Michael at Bulwark was absolutely incredible! Great customer service, he walked me through everything he was going to do and what he covered. He even took care of the webs in the garage. The service left me feeling secure and protected from pests, while ensuring that my family inside were safe from any chemicals. I highly recommend Bulwark! Robert Haynes is absolutely amazing! For all my Northerners moving South, palmetto bugs/water bugs are ROACHES. When you see them and you will, it does not matter how clean you are, they will get into your house. For years people told me they were not roaches and when I finally saw a "water bug" in my house I called Bulwark. The bugs were in my garage for years, so I wasn't too worried. Robert came out same day! I took him in my garage and one jumped out at us and scared the daylights out of me. He put bait down, sprayed. I felt so much better. At the end of the visit, I showed him a wasp nest, he sprayed that thing and I swear the nest was tiny but 100 bees must of fell out of it. If you are in the Charlotte area, go to Bulwark, get Robert, they actually care and do an amazing job. I promise those bugs and mice come back every year when it gets cold outside. I found my permeant exterminator for years to come :) FYI- I woke up the next morning and there was a dead roach in my garage, picture attached! I could not be happier!
