The representative Ben that was sent did a phenomenal job, he arrived perfect timing, explained everything in detail of job coverage and when to call back and follow up watering to settle it all. He was so kind and respectful, his work is to praised and his timing was amazing. I hope someone in management sees this because Ben is quality and defines the service every customer thrives for. Thank you again to Ben for all his work and you deserve a raise for your customer appreciation. Service wasn't listed but it was weed spray in the yard.

We had a terrible pigeon problem on our rooftop. Josh Reid was our technician and he was awesome! He knew exactly what to do to rid our roof of the pesky birds. He was very professional and showed attention to detail. He seemed to genuinely care about our problem. He was able to solve the issue and fix up netting around our solar panels to prevent the pigeons from returning. The work was completed in a timely manner and at the quoted price. My apartment has dealt with Burns for 4 years dealing with mice, and most recently a rat. They are incredibly hard to get rid of, until Josh Reid was assigned to the task. Every time he would come out he would try a new technique, and give me step by step. His plan always had a A, B and C back up. He would send me detailed notes on how He was doing, what trap was going to work and how to make it impossible for the Rat to keep living. He went to every effort possible, to keep my daughter and my dog safe. We were so lucky to have been blessed with him coming to our home.
