I love Bust-A-Bug! Our tech, Rae, did a great job! He was friendly, attentive, and very thorough. I’ll continue to use them for my home. All of my issues have been resolved since going on their quarterly inspection service. Definitely worth it!

Courteous, professional, and timely! Bust-a-bug completed our crawlspace inspection quickly and thoroughly. Your inspection "fee" is deducted from whatever service you end up contracting, so don't be scared off by that. Rae, our technician, was wonderful to work with, as were Jeff and Amanda. Price points for the recommended work were more than fair and reasonable. After further review, we realized our problems ran a bit deeper than pest control/removal; unfortunately we had to take a different, more comprehensive path for service as a result. But, even not having followed through with the service, we were treated with dignity and respect throughout the entire process and were NEVER pressured by those high-stakes, urgent pressure tactics we've come to expect from these kinds of organizations. We'll be sure to call Bust-a-Bug for our next pest treatment (I'd love to say "if" we need it; but we live in Norfolk...no escaping it!).

Wade was knowledgeable about pests. Mine were ants: He found the location of the ant activity which was on the side of my house. He placed bait there as well as outside of the perimeter of my home.. He also treated areas inside where the ants were problematic, including the electrical wall socket, bathroom, kitchen, and near the pipes in my laundry room.. I recommend bust-a-bug and Wade.

I received notice that they were to service a day ahead of time and about 30 minutes ahead of time by Marty our service tech. Marty was sure to ask if I had any specific problems I need addressed. After treatment of the exterior, he came inside to treat the active ant parade in my kitchen! Thanks for another good treatment.

Been using them a few months now and everyone I’ve dealt with has been phenomenal and so friendly. Our service tech Wade is so nice and helpful with solving any bug issues we’ve had. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs pest control. Can’t beat their prices either!

Our service tech Wade Martin did a fantastic job today. We are experiencing an infestation of gnats and he used a chemical that he put down our sink to help get rid of them. He is also very professional and courteous.
