I love this store!! Customer service is fantastic!! Manager of store is respectful! Cashiers are efficient. Store has a lot of useful things such as bananas, kiwi, and strawberries. Oh this store is like an apple orchard: they have sooooo many apples to pick from. The cashiers love me cause I offer to pack my own groceries.

Short staffed & No numbers on Deli counter allows for line jumping. This has happened on 2 other occasions after I have patiently waited my turn. I also really appreciated the meat cart man drumming his fingers while I rushed to pick out my 1 package of meat so I could get out of his way. Management didn't seem to care about the lack of service or when customers leave without getting what came to buy. I love Butera but won't be back to this store

So this was really my first time purchasing anything at this store I called First and asked if they had honey roasted turkey breast because every place else is out. Well they have a ton! But the young lady was really working herself and there were three people in line and nobody to help her, so the manager went to figure out what was going on turns out the guy was throwing out the trash. I get it you got to do what you got to do but people are the priority especially on a Sunday afternoon just saying 😁 but otherwise the prices are pretty good I'd come back but I would phone first maybe place my order over the phone 😉 I will say though the young man with the attitude The Manager was not very helpful at all and was displeased that I seem to bother him from whatever he was doing, he was just very unpleasant 😕

The customer service in the Grayslake store was very unfriendly, unpleasant and I felt a little uncomfortable. Today is my last time going in there. Today I had a cashier that looked very unhappy. She was bagging horribly and was not very pleasant. She put a 5 lb sugar and a gallon of milk in one bag and it already had torn… I asked her kindly to please double bag it and she told me to go and do it. I told her you have the bag in your hand, please put the bag right into another one. Also, I had asked her a question in plain English and she responded “ yo no hablo español “ assuming I did because maybe I look Spanish?? At the end, not even a thank you or smile.. I turned around and told her.. thank you and have a great day. She needs a moral boost, help or not be working with customers.

Pretty good selections a bit more overpriced but it's convenient and they pretty much got you know good breads good meats
