We have had Canady for over 25 years. This is the first infestation we have had. Our technician David is an outstanding example of what great customer service us all about. Friendly, prompt, and Knowledgeable. We realize this problem will not be solved overnight,however with good guidance and knowledge we are on our way to solving a ongoing problem. The problem is known to be difficult, and It is now greatly reduced. We look foward to total results thanks to David and Canady. Well done!

I always get a call to schedule a convenient time for me for when we have our quarterly service done. They arrive on time, are courteous and listen to what I have to say about what I may have seen in the past few weeks. Have had their service for years and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We just had our 10 year termite treatment. Slim was polite, efficient and did a great job. Our annual inspection is done by Jay, who is equally great. The company obviously chooses employees wisely.

The service we were provided was exceptional! Chris was very understanding of our concerns about cleanliness and did not hesitate to put on the booties I provided for him to wear. It’s a huge deal to me when someone comes into the comfort of my home and makes me feel at ease…Chris explained in detail where he would be spraying. I was able to relax since I knew I could trust him to take care of our home. Chris truly cares about his customers and respects our home. I was new to NC 6 years ago and was not aware of the creatures that lurked in and outside of our home. I saw an ad for Canady &Son and the rest is history as well as the critters and creatures in and outside of our home! Exterminators extraordinarily amazing. In fact when people tell me that they can’t get rid of the large red (cockroach) water bugs, I tell them- call Canady, they’ll get rid of them. 6 years satisfied- fast, neat, friendly, thorough and most importantly effective! Call them and don’t get bugged anymore!😀
