Since Google limits the total number of characters in the review, when I run out of room, I just add the most recent review at the bottom and remove the oldest from the top. 2024-0826: John from Cantu showed up at 10:15am, (the service window was 10am-12noon), right on time. He carefully treated all the baseboards of the interior walls that are common to the outside, then thoroughly sprayed the entire perimeter outside the house. He also sprayed a large nest of wasps that was under one of the eaves of our house. He said the residual effects of the spray should keep any new wasp nest from forming. I appreciate Cantu sending the same serviceman to our home for the ongoing treatments. He knows me now, and I feel comfortable with him doing the job right. Thanks, John. Jon Goodman 2024-1126: John showed up at around 10:30 am, (we had been on vacation the week before and I completely forgot about our appointment) for our quarterly service. He brought along a new trainee, Keiver. John was explaining to him all the special things Cantu does to make sure the pests are kept away from our home, and kept a close eye on Keiver while he performed our service. Keiver went completely around the outside, laying down a swath of insect repellent as he went, but taking special care not to spray over my wife's flowers on the back patio. Then he went through the inside, spraying the base of all the exterior walls, just to make sure that if an unwanted pest got through the outside repellent, they would then have to go through another layer inside. When he was done, I explained to John that we had been having a small problem with some tiny ants coming in through some electrical outlets near our kitchen sink. He carefully "puffed" a little powdered bait for them in the outlets and under the windowsill above the sink. We haven't had a single ant since! Thanks, John, Keiver and Cantu Pest Control. 2025-0224: John from Cantu showed up at 2:05 pm (the service window was 2:00 to 4:00) and began our service by first treating all the interior walls that are common to the outside of our home. Then he carefully applied some dust around our kitchen sink window, then under the sill and behind a couple of electrical outlets near the sink. This was because he remembered that we had some tiny ants in that area before and he wanted to make sure they didn't return. Then he went outside and sprayed a wide barrier of pesticide all the way around our home. After he finished our treatment, he explained that this would be his last service for us because he was moving back to Ohio, due to inheriting a home from a relative who passed away. John, best of luck to you, and we will miss you very much! But I'm sure Cantu will find us a new technician whom we will grow to like as much as we have John. Thanks, Cantu Pest Control. Jon Goodman 2025-0520: Cantu sent a new technician "Bob" this time. I explained everything that "John" had done in the past and he followed the same routine, and did a very good job. He left after doing the outside spray without letting us know he was finished, and we were waiting around to leave for dinner, but we finally realized he was gone, so we left for dinner. Next time, please tell us when you're leaving, Bob. Thanks, Jon Goodman 2025-0822: Bob is very thorough and friendly. He takes the time to make sure he does a good job. He starts by asking if we have had any pest problems since their last service. He listens to make sure he understands what, if any, critters he needs to be on the lookout for. Since they treat quarterly, this last week before they came, we noticed a few "silverfish" and a couple of spiders on our Living Room carpet late at night. To try and prevent that the next time, he sprayed the entire perimeter of our Living Room and put a couple of glue boards along the walls (hidden by furniture.) He said next time, if we see anything, call the next day and they will come right out and take care of it. Thanks, Bob, you do a good job! (and you said Goodbye!)

I’m a returning customer after several years. Cantù was a competitive service until one of their techs ruined my tile floor with product. I have them another go on 3/28/25 and the tech Bob was excellent. Very thorough. This would be a 5 star except the office lady Aaliyah said my window was 2-4 & Bob arrived at 4:45, no fault of his own as his schedule showed to arrive “at any time”. I had already put back the things I moved around for service when he knocked on my door. I didn’t want to reschedule, so he suggested he start outside while I move my things around again. He explained things I didn’t know about pest control and answered my questions. I will ask for Bob at my next quarterly visit. Thanks

We've been using Cantu Pest for a number of years. They've always been timely, friendly, and, in addition to regular treatment of the outside and our garage they have also done the inside when we've needed it I appreciate their flexibility and knowledge. I also think their pricing very fair. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Our tech was very nice, knowledgeable, very helpful providing different things we can do to protect from bugs coming back. I felt at ease and not at all judged which was my fear on not getting this taking care of but after trying everything.. I mean everything! I Decided to make the call. Glad I did!
