I beyond appreciated all of his suggestions and service recommendations (never once did I feel I was getting a sales pitch, which I feel is very common). Albert knew exactly what to do in our situation. I thought we had a minor scorpion issue but Albert took his time and discovered we have an entire scorpion ecosystem just under our back patio! He assessed the situation carefully and made sure I was absolutely comfortable and knowledgeable of everything he had treated and the next upcoming steps of what to look out for as well. I was very impressed with how Albert even managed to find and kill multiple black widows and dozens of baby scorpions around my property. Even though we have a scorpion infestation I feel pretty safe and confident we can get it taken care of thanks to Albert. He knows what he is doing!!
