The complete lack of communication and respect for the agreed-upon schedule made this fumigation process extremely frustrating. ​The initial plan was clear: Start between 12-2 PM on Friday and end on Monday morning. ​As the date approached, we were suddenly told the tent would be taken down on Sunday, which was a significant change. In reality, the work didn't even begin until 3:40 PM on Friday, over an hour and a half late. ​To make matters worse, there was zero communication about when the tent was actually removed. When asked, no one provided a clear answer. The door notice only stated we could re-enter at 10:25 AM on Sunday, which suggests they removed the tent much earlier than that. ​Schedule changes can happen, but the major issue is that there were absolutely no updates or notifications about any of these shifts. The company simply operated on their own schedule, ignoring the customer's plans and the times they had initially proposed. This complete lack of professionalism and accountability for the customer experience is unacceptable. Avoid if you value clear communication.

Responsive, professional, and quality work at a reasonable price...what else can you ask for? After hearing evidence of rats in my attic, I had CVPC come out to check the attic, remove the dead rat/trap, and then later to take care of potential entry points. I could not be happier with the service I received and will definitely use CVPC for all future pest control needs.

When the appointment came, I was notified by email and text, which I requested. I have worked with CVPC and have continued to be impressed with them. The dispatcher is very friendly and helpful, and the workers are extremely polite and professional. This past visit Alex serviced my house. It had been a while since I had a routine spray on my house and there were webs everywhere. Alex was so diligent and explained where he thought most of the spiders were. It was evident that he really cared and wanted to take care of my home.
