Good customer service, and very good at what they do. Carolina Pest been providing us with quarterly pest control and occasional mosquito prevention for several years. Very trustworthy local company. Outstanding personnel who perform the services inside and outside of our home. They also have envoirmentally friendly options/formulas. One note: Not recommending to use them for removal of carpenter bees or vermin in attic.

We have been using probably the biggest name in pest control for years now, but since moving to Monroe we were constantly seeing roaches on their watch. After just one service by Carolina Pest Management we've only seen dead nymphs in our house, not a single adult roach. So far we are extremely happy with our service!

We recently had an issue with roaches. The office listened to our issue and Ken the technician came he was fully aware, but then he listened to us again, took his time and addressed our issue. He really took care!
