I am simply BLOWN AWAY by the quality of service, the excellence in care I received, and the overall above-and-beyond experience I had with Casey. I had a fast-developing wasp problem in the rood of my cabin. I live far from the city and not only was Casey happy to help, he arrived within a couple of days of reaching out 9I was expecting 2 weeks compared to other service providers!). Casey was extremely knowledgeable on my issue (it wasn't what I thought it was), and didn't just take care of the surface issue, he was determined to solve the root cause. Further, as he did treatment, he was extremely careful about the way the extermination dust presented on my roof as to not impact the overall aesthetic of the log roof. His rates were beyond fair, I even begged him to let me pay him more to which he refused. He showed great kindness to my son, and can only say this is the kind of impression I won't ever forget. The wasp issue went away almost immediately. Casey has a client (and RAVING FAN) in me for life!! Highly recommend!!

We are very thrilled with the service and professionalism we have received with Casey's Pest Control. We have a large operation that we end up with quite a few mice but Casey listened to our problem areas and we have seen a significant decrease in the population. Nice guy, would recommend to anyone!

Casey was calming in what may have been the freakiest situation I've dealt with as a homeowner (or tenant for that matter) -- MICE. He joked once he arrived that one of his main roles is as a "therapist" of sorts for these moments and I can see why he said that!! While I was losing my mind in a worst-case-scenario position, he stayed calm, provided extensive guidance, and spent the time with me needed to assess and game-plan on what to do about this problem -- both getting through the turns-out minimal issue now and preventing future critters. He was fantastic to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone!!
