This is my second round of spraying and this technique came to to front door introduced himself politely which I appreciated and took the time to ask if I needed the inside of my home sprayed as well as the outside. The outdoor area was the only place needed presently. Appreciated the curtisy and he took the time to let me know the months I would be receiving my follow up appointments. My technician today was wonderful. Very thorough and efficient. I was dealing with a family emergency so I was on the phone for a lot of it and he was beyond patient and understanding. Very happy with my choice to use Catchy!
