We had an appointment on Friday and they called and said the guys called in sick and wont be there . .so rescheduled for following Tuesday! I called 30 minutes before time to come out to make sure they were running on time . The person that answered the phone said oh no your orders are right here in front of me .I don't know why they didn't go out . So I said so your not coming? No mam . I said I'll call someone else .

At this point, it’s been about six months and I still still have the same pest problem that I hired them for and it has never been resolved. The owner has came out to my property and I don’t have a problem with him personally, but I feel like for what I was paying for the problem should’ve been resolved by now. Every time I call into the office, I met with a receptionist that does not want to help me at all and I feel like she doesn’t like her job. She is extremely rude .The issue is always minimized. I have spent extra money trying to resolve the issue myself at this point. I feel very disappointed and own a business myself, and would never treat my clients the same way.

Woman who answers the phone should be fired. Tried to call and make an appointment for an inspection and her response was soooo incredibly rude and unprofessional. I also had a nasty voicemail from her about calling during business hours, because I had the audacity to have left an inquiry voicemail mail at 5:30am when I got into work. And I’m sorry I just should have to deal with your attitude after a difficult hospital shift despite me being nothing but overly kind and understanding every time you copped a tone with me. Called around. Found someone else. Shame considering we’d been customers of yours years ago, and pleased at that point.

I can not say enough good things about this company. I was having a massive flea infestation due to a previous tenant in my home. I made the mistake of using a chain company thinking they were well known they would get the job done. Long story short I ended up paying a lot of money to a chain company that never fixed the problem nor called me back or answered my calls. I called catos after hours on a Friday night. I spoke with Dave, such a sweet sweet man! He came out to my house Saturday morning did not charge me a crazy fee. Matter of fact he didn’t charge me a dime. He told me to give him a call in a few days and when I am not seeing fleas he would then run my card. I thought that was so nice it was a way to show me he would fix this problem no matter what. The next morning we were basically flea free. I saw one or two and when he followed up I let him know and he came out to re treat for no additional charge. I will always use local businesses from now on. This company is beyond sweet they’re so reasonably priced . They gained our business for life. Do yourself a favor and stop scrolling and call them you will not regret it.
