Cam is the best. He cares about his clients and goes the extra mile in everything he does. I cannot recommend CatsEye and specifically Cam enough. We went from squirrels, mice, and ants treating our house like their own personal bed and breakfast to peace and quiet, all thanks to Cam’s diligence and attention to detail.

So glad I chose to do business with these guys. We got the full package where they put the protective material all around the base of the house, in addition to getting their routine pet care. Was it expensive? Yes Was it worth it? 100% We went from seeing mouse droppings everywhere on a daily basis, to not seeing any in months. Let's talk about the staff: almost all of the people that came out to visit us were equal parts knowledgeable, professional, and cordial. We only had one small problem with a worker, and when we told them about it they acted immediately to remedy the situation. I would definitely recommend them, and would certainly choose them first if I ever needed a pest control company again.

Used Catseye as I have bats in my attic, after encountering one in a bedroom. The team that came out to do the sealing up of openings around the house and installing the bat cone were great. No issues with them or the initial inspection. What hasn’t been so great is the overall communication and customer service for appointment scheduling. I’ve had to call multiple times to find out when the team is coming to my house and when I do call the service hasn’t been friendly. Disappointed on that end especially considering the amount of money charged.

I had a mouse problem so I got cateye in. I was going to spend $7090 on a solution and they were sending a technician to put traps in my house and they were coming weekly to check the traps. Well, tech came, put a few traps in part of my basement and maybe two traps in my kitchen. He helped himself to a bottle of wine in my basement. Couldn’t be bothered to go into the attic. When I sent an email to complain, it was ignored so I cancelled my construction. Then they had the audacity to send me a $960 bill. Not sure what’s it’s for. This company is the biggest scam out there.

We had Jacob over to inspect our property after a different pest control company quoted us an enormous bill. He was very through and honest with his assessment and ultimately saved us thousands of dollars. Although our HoA ended up stepping in and went with another company, I would highly recommend Catseye for any pest control needs. Very open and honest company which is rare to find these days.

Really thorough service. Expensive, but did the job well. Highly recommend. They come with a free assessment which built more trust in their services.

The tech did the usual fine work to keep rodents outside. I have never had a tech who was not thorough and looked everywhere. They are pricey, but not overpriced. I have had more advertised companies come, and have been very disappointed. These folks have kept the ants from under the house and the bees/hornets under the porch away. My wife is allergic to bees. When I told them there was an issue, they came quickly.
