We have a contract. They quickly setup an appointment to deal with some wasp nests, called to remind us of the appointment and dealt with the pests effectively.

I don’t often write reviews but I had such a stellar experience with this company that I felt compelled to do so. I called Cavanaugh’s at 2 pm on a Friday because I heard an animal of some sort in my attic. They offered to send someone out within the hour to take a look. 15 minutes later, their technician arrived and performed an thorough inspection of both our main attic and a smaller scuttle space. He summarized his findings, suggested a course of action, and put our minds at ease. He was professional, experienced, and straightforward. This was an excellent experience from start to finish.
