We are customers who have come to Viking from Cavanaugh‘s sale. I spoke to several people on various calls and was told that I would receive an invoice which never came and my annual termite contract was expiring soon.I was very frustrated until I spoke to.Shereen Y. She was able to take my annual contract payment over the phone and make sure I received the email verification before we hung up. She also was able to schedule my annual termite inspection. She was a joy to work with and I think she should be consulted for how to best manage customer service. Frankly, if I had not ended up speaking with her, I probably would not be a Viking customer with so much frustration and run around before. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Shereen Y.She didn’t even ask me for a review, but I said she was so spectacular. How could I give her a good review? Many thanks!

We have been subscribed to the Termite service at Cavanaugh's since the 70's and have always had excellent service. Kevin is excellent, personable and knowledgeable. Tamika was excellent on the phone setting up new appointments within our complicated schedules. Thankyou

Service is great. We have a service contract with Viking and we have them come out on a proactive basis to refill bait boxes for mice and treat the exterior for ants. Scheduling is super easy and the service techs are great.

I called because of bees in my basement. The team was so wonderful and worked out getting to my location in the morning so that I did not have to wait and avoid the basement. The pups and I very much appreciate the care and consideration taken to keep us safe and bee free. Thank you Kerri!!
