Celtic Pest Control are truly amazing. I called them to inspect my home for potential mouse entry points. The technician was meticulous, checking my crawlspace, garage, and laundry room. They identified and sealed several potential entry points and placed snap traps to prevent future issues. However, what truly sets them apart is their incredible generosity. When the work was complete, they refused to take any payment. I highly recommend Celtic Pest Control for their professionalism, expertise, and kindness, as they are a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

They missed the following items on my home inspection: 1.Out of code dryer venting. 2.Termites in in the fireplace wall "visible by secondary inspector" 3. 2 branch circuits literally by the crawlspace opening. Electrical taped together. 4. Leaking plumbing discharge pipe. 5. Foundational incursion of water. DO not hire them. They missed all of this and then charged 4500 in mold and termites abatement. Edit: owner responded with they do not do home inspection. I have over 10 pages in a report I received and a affidavit stating otherwise. You guy are liars.

Celtic Pest Control did a great job asking clarifying questions and pinpointing what we needed. Their team was on it when it came to responding to our request, getting us scheduled, and then rescheduled when rain was on the forecast. They did a thorough job inspecting and treating our home. I have used Celtic Pest Control services many times and they are excellent. Great customer service and the really do a great job. I will definitely keep coming back. We got termites in our home recently and called numerous companies to come and inspect the problem. All inspected the perimeter of the property and the space under the house, which is very roomy and walkable. There were No other indication of termites anywhere else in or around the house. All of the companies who came prior to Celtic (mostly National brands) emphasized the need to protect the entire home perimeter inside and out with monthly checks to ensure no other infestation would occur. It would begin with the extermination of the termites where they were spotted, then plant bait around the entire perimeter of the house along with the monthly checks to ensure no new infestations would occur. All seemed very sensible, but at a high cost …. and the costs were mostly similar between companies with some variations here and there. They all seemed to imply if we didn’t take these actions, our house could be inundated with termites and spread throughout our home (scare tactics?). This was until Celtic came and inspected our property. Glen, from Celtic, came and inspected the house inside and out as all the other companies did. The Big surprise came when Glen said termites are Not prevalent in the Reno area, and didn’t feel there was a great need to do all the extensive work as recommended by other companies. Hmmmm … I agreed because we’ve been living in Reno for nearly 23 years and never heard of anyone we know having termite problems. Glen offered some alternative treatments which were Much More cost effective, and they would check on a periodic basis for any new infestations. When I mentioned the extensive treatments offered by other companies, Glen stated that Celtic can do the same if we felt more comfortable with it. WHAT a Novel idea !! … for a company to offer a sensible solution rather than to try to maximize their profits irrespective of what the customer needs. Based on this experience, I plan to keep Celtic on my list whenever I need other pest treatments or if anyone asks my advice about a company to use in town. Thank you Glen and Celtic Pest Control !!
