We had Cen-Tex come for a home and yard treatment prior to moving into a new house. Their scheduling team was efficient and responsive. Brandon and James let me know they were on the way to meet me at the property & asked me about all my insect concerns prior to starting treatment. They did a fantastic job treating everything from eaves to the yard and including the detached shop. We will be using them regularly!

James is a professional technician. He explained the various treatments he would be using and examined inside and outside before he began. His treatment of the house was quick and efficient. We will be calling him back for monthly treatments. Five stars!

After finding a cockroach in the morning, CenTex was able to send someone out at noon, same day. It was the biggest relief. Tommy Riggs arrived on time and explained each step of his process. He even (and very kindly) removed bugs caught in a trap under my sink and replaced it with a new one. Can’t recommend this company enough. Best pest control service in the Waco area!
