Excellent service and work. A tech named Danny helped my family with our pest problem and he was very polite, professional and informative. He was very clear to explain the cause of our issue and the avenues that the pests were using to get into our home. He explained how he was treating it and how we can prevent issues in the future. I will recommend Danny every time and encourage you to request him if he is available

I had a ground wasp problem and Gareth came out within a short notice window. (Need to let him know so he can bring his bee suit). He and his team were super communicative and fair with pricing from the first interaction to him coming on-site. My neighbors happened to call pest control the day before so the wasp issue was resolved but Gareth still did a proper inspection and even did a rodent inspection proactively. He made helpful recommendations, knows his stuff, was honest, and was friendly. Other pest control services made me feel like I had to purchase expensive services or I would be faced with major issues. If I need anyone for pest control, I will be calling Certech first.
