Chelsea is absolutely AMAZING. Always tells me when she's coming and is always on time. She explained why were having issues and gave us advice on how to remedy. She is very personable and polite. She is chatty, but not too chatty.... JUST RIGHT. I can honestly say... I look forward to MAGNA but specifically Chelsea coming....

We had wasps buzzing around outside an upstairs window. Connor sprayed around the window and behind the shutters. Before he left we found them falling to the driveway. Thanks! Update 6/16/25: Just had our quarterly visit. The tech did a great job listening to our concerns. He attacked the problems and we appreciate it. We've been very happy with our service from Magna for the past 2 years.

Chelsea is always very nice, prompt and efficient completing service here! We always appreciate her suggestions and updates after service is done. We love how Magna has been handling our issues very quickly, and always provide new solutions for our resident’s pest needs! I have seen improvement thorough the whole property thanks to the consistency and dedication or our two techs: Chelsea and Kevin. I would like to add that I decided to use their services for a residential pest issue and I cannot be happier about the outcome after every visit. They make sure to pay attention to the small details and always communicate after the service is done, which makes me confident of the great job they perform.

This service does an amazing job spraying and keeping pests off our property. Chelsea came and sprayed and she is friendly and fabulous to work with! Have worked with this service for over a year and still enjoy having them take care of our home

The contract renews on a yearly basis and is written very inconspicuously in the fine print. We tried to cancel our pest control after having them since July of 2023, thinking we weren’t even in a contract anymore, and they filled us in. Not a great way to run a business. Beware of the salespeople. We found much cheaper pest control that can be done by ourselves, but will now have to wait until our “contract” is up. Never in my life have I had a “rolling contract” with any company, that didn’t require a new signature or at least a notice to the parties in the contract. Shady shady business.

Chelsea Glasscock was absolutely wonderful to work with! She’s efficient, responsive, and always takes great care of us whenever we call. She makes sure both you and your home are well taken care of. I highly recommend MAGNA and be sure to ask for Chelsea. You won’t be disappointed!
