When I started noticing carpenter ants in my kitchen, I called Chagrin Valley Pest Control right away. Ryan was incredibly helpful over the phone. Rather than just trying to get me scheduled for an appointment right away, he took the time to educate me about ants, what might be causing them, and how to take future preventive measures. Within an hour, I heard from the technician, Curtis, to schedule a time for him to come out and take care of the situation. He came over the next morning, calling first to say that he was on his way. He was very kind, courteous, and professional. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

I cannot recommend this service enough. We have used them a few times. We had an ant issue in our home and I called the company in the evening to try to schedule service, they were prompt to respond and had someone over the next morning. Super professional and very nice employees. 10/10!!!
