I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. They were professional and still affordable. I recommend this locally own company for your pest control issues.

We have used Champion Pest to treat our home in a wooded, semi-rural area of Johnston County since 2014. They are a family owned business and truly care about providing good quality services and their customer service is excellent!! So many times, a good company does not last long, eventually disappointing us in quality of service and/or customer service. I am thrilled to say that Champion (Benjamin, the owner and Curtis--one of the techs) has maintained quality services and wonderful customer services for many years. I highly recommend them. They are friendly, courteous and stand behind their work.

So some of you google reviewers might of saw I left a negative review of champion services the other day , I probably jumped the gun on that because the owner of the company was out of town , well I received a call this morning from the owner , what I will say is he immediately apologized for the circumstances that accrued he was a complete gentleman and a pleasure to speak with . We left off with what I expected first an apology which in these times are rare and the ability for me to start up services with champion again .so alls well this company does care about there reputation another rarity in todays world . I personally have never done business with Champion but I do have an issue with them. When an employee leaves them to go to another one, they like to tell customers that they are no longer working in the industry because they’re afraid customers will follow that former employee. They have lost a couple of accounts doing this. Customers don’t like being lied to. Also, one of the owners really needs to learn how to be professional when responding to reviews. It’s not about winning an argument it’s about letting the customer know you’ve heard them.
