I recently purchased a house and the first night I thought I heard some mice in the walls. I called Chaney Pest Elimination and John was able to come out and do an inspection. While he found no signs of mice he still set up bait stations around the perimeter of my home, and sprayed inside for insects. He was extremely personable, thorough, and knowledgable. I feel a lot of comfort knowing that Chaney Pest Elimination did everything to make my new home pest free. We called regarding an issue with bats and rodents. In less than an hour John Chaney was at our house. After a thorough inspection he explained how we could easily resolve the problems ourselves, and would not even let us pay a consulting fee! He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I could not recommend John and his company more highly and would not consider using anyone else.

Have used them for a few years now, always very friendly, on time, and what they do works. When I moved into my new house there was the concern for possible rodents, they set up bait and traps, and I have never seen a rodent. They sprayed my house for insects based on the season, replace rodent bait and always come in a timely manner. Pet friendly treatments, they tell you how long before your pets should go near treated areas, use dog safe rodent bait and i was very impressed with thier knowledge and respect for avoiding spraying too close to my fish tanks! Most importantly, they are very responsive to any concerns you have. Twice I've had them out for different things, once carpenter ants too close to the house, and another time a yellow jacket Nest formed in my outdoor space. Both times they showed up very quickly, and with the bees took care of it the same day I called. Great company, great people!
