We had Charles Pest control out a few years ago with excellent / five star service. This month we had an ant issue that needed attention. Made the initial appointment with the CS rep at Charles Pest without any issue, great service during that call. Charles Pest was scheduled to service us the next week, the tech never arrived, and no phone call or contact from Charles. At that time we made a follow-up phone call back to Charles and they said they couldn't make the appointment due to the weather. Charles Pest rescheduled the appointment for two weeks later, and once again, they never arrived to our home. And, again, no phone call, or contact from them. No show, no call, twice in two weeks from Charles Pest 😠.

Outstanding customer service the men that come out are extremely knowledgeable and helpful products and different types of pest their product treats to extinguish them completely. They are quick but thorough to handle the services you requested and they’re in and out.

Recently moved in to a new home and immediately started having a stubborn bug problem that Charles pest was able to help with! Extremely profesional, friendly and understanding staff. I definitely would recommend to others and will continue to use their services in the future when needed!

I want to personally thank Willy for his professionalism and service in helping me with our wasp problem. They had been terrorizing my family for over 2 months. He went above and beyond in ridding of us every hiding wasp on a large property! Should the infestation reoccur I will not hesitate to reach out for this service again!
