Donald did an awesome job! We always get fantastic service from your technicians, with great pest reduction results. Donald was awesome, as I said. He called to alert me he would be a little early, but since I did not answer, he did not come early. Extremely respectful. I asked him to come inside and do the basement and crawl space to prepare for winter and keep the critters from seeking warmth. He did this all in spades. I can't say enough about how great Donald was and I really appreciate all the technicians who have provided service to us over the years. Thanks a million!

Thomas came out to treat our yard, and he went above and beyond. He was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done thoroughly. He explained what he was doing, made sure the yard was well covered, and his positive attitude made the whole experience excellent. Maurice Mottley arrived at my house shortly after 1pm - expected between 1 and 2pm. He came in the house/kitchen and I showed him the area where the sugar ants were appearing. He then applied a gel type compound with a syringe to both sides of the area and explained how it would work. Maurice indicated if I had any return of the ants in the next 2 weeks to call for another treatment. He then applied the Summer treatment to the outside perimeter of my house. He was very thorough and professional. I am very pleased with the quality of service from Chem-Wise Pest Management. I have been a customer for several years.

He went above and beyond pointing out the reason he thinks two of the bait stations in the garage are empty and made a recommendation on how to address. He bravely entered the dirtiest area in my basement and thoroughly inspected each quarter, uncovering mice activities and holes that no one else had noticed before.
