Called and spoke to a very nice lady who said she would get a technician to call me back. 4-5 hours later I got a call back. Spoke with the technician, he seemed really friendly and took his time listening to my pest control concerns. Made an appointment and he never showed up or tried to call me. A got a call later from the nice lady I called to begin to make sure I was contacted by a technician. I told her what happened. She apologized for the situation. I told her I was going with another company which I will not name here. My time was wasted and you get one chance to make a good impression with me. Everyone I have spoken to about ChemX has been positive. Normally, I'd have left one star. Them being friendly on the phone warrants one extra star. As far as their actual work, friends who have used their service have been pleased. The next company I contacted had a rep on the phone with me in 5 minutes and was at my house after the phone call in 25 minutes. That's how you run a business.

I found Chemx through google reviews. We recently moved into our home, and we notice some bug issues. I reached out to Chemx on Thursday evening, and Mr. Leon called me back immediately. He recently serviced our home, and he was very informative and a pleasure to work with. We are delighted to have him maintain our home continuously. I moved into a new house a little over a year ago, and Chemx had done the termite inspection. A few weeks later I called them to ask about monthly services, but no one ever called me back. Now they still haven’t done this year‘s inspection that I paid for almost 3 months ago. I’ve called them twice, the last time about 3 weeks ago. I keep getting told that I’m on the list, but I still haven’t heard back from anybody. I’ll be calling again this week to ask for a refund, since they obviously don’t need my money or my business.

The guys at Chemx were prompt and professional. I called them for a one-time issue. After servicing my home, they advised me to call again if the problem persisted in the next couple of weeks. I had no issues during that time but did have need for their service about two months later. Service was again prompt and professional. The best part of the second visit was the reasonable price.
