Can’t say enough great things about Chet’s. Of course the tent treatment went well, but the customer service exceeded anything I would have imagined. The front office was exceptional — seemed like you were talking to the owners on the phone. Carol, are you the owner? Ownership: She should receive a share! She was terrific and I look forward to expanding into monthly service with them because, well, they should receive our business.

I changed from a well known exterminator company who fail to rid my kitchen of ants. Chet’s was able to rid my kitchen of ants with only 2 treatments. I think the key was the technician remove all outlets covers to treat where the problem was. Chet’s call to remind me of maintenance and schedule with care to the customer.

Technician Art Sams did an excellent job, as always. He arrived on time and completed his work quickly, while being respectful of the property. I have received service from Chet's for over a decade. Their service is always excellent. Their techs are well trained, and courteous. They satisfy my requests for any deviations from normal routine. I highly recommend them.

Contacted Chet’s for pest control. Had to repeatedly reschedule for life issues as our home had a fire and death in the family. Finally found a date that would work for us. Spent a day preparing for pest treatment by emptying entire kitchen and called to ask a question and to confirm the appointment. They had cancelled our appointment weeks ago and I am finding out the day before the treatment. Never received a supposed phone call from them with the cancellation. Explained our circumstances, especially with our home catching partially on fire and death in the family. Chet’s simply doesn’t care about people, they showed no concern and would not reschedule for us, wouldn’t take our business. This is horrible business practice. If I want to sign a contract to pay for something, take my money. If I decide I can’t handle the appointments, still take my money. This is poor business practice to cancel someone for extreme life circumstances and then not let them know.
