I’ve been using this company as my Pest Control provider for about three years. For the last few months, i’ve been having problems with seeing cockroaches appear randomly in my home. I contacted this company to have someone come out to resolve the issue multiple times. I did this as a loyal customer. Well I had enough of seeing a cockroach on my wall when people walk in my home so I canceled the pest service by leaving a voicemail message. What surprised me was that the manager didn’t called to find out how or what he can do to resolve the issue or even apologize for the issues I’ve been having. Instead, what the manager tells me when I called him, he said well I already “erased you from the system “. Totally unprofessional! In fact, quite repulsive! I was disgusted to learn that a valuable customer for over three years that I would receive that type of comment.. I guess this is the way they treat loyal customers or maybe it was just me

I called Choice to deal with an infestation, and the technician came the very next morning. The tech did a thorough inspection, gave me options, treated at that service call, and has been excellent with follow up to a couple of questions and advice for preventative treatment going forward. Choice has provided excellent service. Much appreciated.
