Update: I’ve had 2 separate bat issues recently, and the team has been super responsive for helping me figure it out and make sure that it’s fully resolved. Aubrey was amazing to work with and help fully understand it all. Went above and beyond to help. Always responsive and helpful! Been with them for years now and still happy with communication, service, and pricing. Hunter is our tech and a great guy to work with. Super polite, professional, responsive, and helpful. They cover it all for us from termites to pests. Highly recommend you give them a call to get setup or switch!

Bill and Nathan did a really thorough job and spent hours doing a pre-sale inspection of the house we wanted to buy. They explained everything to us in detail and answered all our questions on site, gave us additional on-the-side insights and guidance on items out of the scope of the inspection itself, were there for hours, did whatever it took—rather then checking the time all the time. They climbed here, there and everywhere! In the end, they gave us a realistic assessment of the house which helped in our buying decision. They also made us aware of their other valuable services for once we moved in. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

Duane our home inspector was absolutely incredible. Could not have asked for a more thorough or useful inspection. The insights were even more than we could have asked for or expected to get! He also made himself available to answer questions or share further insights both during the inspection and once we had had time to read the report. We also loved the report format, with additional pictures and details on the web version that really illuminated some of the less obvious things. Best home inspector in the state as far as we're concerned!

Excellent customer and communication skills especially Tyler. We had Safe Pro Security system for 25 years. Couple of months ago we had Tyler install a new alarm system and our only regret is that we didn’t contact Cingo earlier. Safe Pro is a horrible company we had them install cameras in our house and you couldn’t identify a person 10 feet away from camera.
