Patience, patience, patience! That’s what City Best taught me. I thought my mice problem would be a one and done, but I was so wrong. These mice were sneaky and destructive! They chewed through a thick plastic container of dog food, left droppings everywhere, and somehow climbed up into our highest cabinet. No matter what we did they outsmarted us. We tried different traps, bait, sealing up entry points. We caught a few, but more kept coming and they always found a new way into the house. We were exhausted from the cleanup and the cost of destroyed food. Stephen from City Best Pest Control was incredible. He was patient, knowledgeable, and persistent. He found entry points we would have never thought of and followed up regularly to make sure the problem was under control. We paid for the quarterly pest maintenance package, but anytime the mice came back, so did Stephen (without an extra charge). He worked tirelessly and I can FINALLY say we are mouse-free! I’ve been using this company well over 5 years and they seem to get the job done. I do prefer specific techs to come because they are familiar with my home and know every crack and crevice. Today Dassan came out and he did a thorough job! He made sure to pull out my appliances, seal what needs to be sealed, and put traps where they need to be. He takes his time. He even cleaned up mouse droppings behind the fridge! I highly recommend Dassan or Ian! They’re awesome!

I would appreciate it if you guys could send the same guy you sent today, every time. He was very professional and treated my house as if it was his own. I meant to give him a tip after he sprayed the outside, but he left before I could give him a tip. Thanks for a job well done, God Bless‼️

Filled out an inquiry form within 25 min I got a call from Dee and he was able to schedule me for an appointment first thing in the morning the next day. They are very professional I like that they take time and ask you questions. How’s it going? Do I see activity? They change the traps every time they come without me asking they take their time they’re not rushing to get in and out. They are friendly they throughly do there job.
