I have to buy my own poison and spray around the house because Clark is not effective as it used to be. They also used to be a lot more affordable. They keep raising their rates every year. The sad thing is, I've had them for over 10 years.

The service per say is great. However, when I tried to cancel the account, their system is poor. They come to your house every other month, and they bill you monthly. When I cancelled, I thought the system would square all remaining balance. But they did not. So I kept receiving letters and phone call and they were saying I had an overdue balance when they had my credit card on file. And I ended up paying extra fees for it. Very frustrating... because the service is good but their cancelation system is not.

We love Clark Pest Control! Their service is always prompt and the technicians are friendly, professional, and educational. They go above and beyond to clear up any problems we have (and there are lots of problems with our older home that no one took care of for years on the outskirts of town!). We highly recommend Clark!

Customer service is excellent, friendly and responsive. However, I have had them over twice now and still have lots of pest problems. I actually went to Home Depot and purchased 8 ant repellent traps to help because they never went away. Additionally, we have seen more spiders (and very large) this summer than we can ever remember seeing in the past. I will still use them because I am (hoping/assuming) they are doing a little something, but not enough to rate them 5 stars.

We have been consistently pleased with the service we have received from Clark. Our service tech, Ryan, is personable, professional, and always is there to answer any questions we might have. Our daughter has used Clark for several years and we knew from what she had told us that Clark is top flight.
